Tags allow you to more easily categorize and view your information. You can add as many tags as you'd like to a single entry. You can also add a single tag to as many different entries as you'd like.
Any entry in IQTELL (even Email and Evernote) can be assigned a tag. If you don't already see the Tags field when creating an entry, add it using the Form Editor.
For example, you can tag all Actions, emails, and Projects involving yard work with the tag "Garden" to collect all of these related items in one place.
Tags can also be utilized with your Saved Searches and Watch Lists.
For example, you can narrow your Saved Search for Actions due today to a Garden – Due Today saved search using Tag: “Garden” as one of the search parameters.
