Re-order, hide, and add apps/folders to your Left Navigation Panel



Simplify your workspace:

  1. Do not overcrowd the left side of your workspace, keep it as simple as possible.
  2. You may hide any 'app', i.e., the corresponding node on the left side.
  3. All folders and data are preserved when doing so.
  4. Right-click on any node and then select 'Hide'.
  5. Click on 'More...' to re-add hidden 'apps', i.e., folders.
  6. As for addtl 'apps' available from 'More...' - no rush, adding hem can wait.

    Related terminology:
    The left side is also referred to as the Left Navigation Panel (LNP), or in short the Left Panel

Tip:
To gain more workspace "real estate", you can shrink or collapse the LNP altogether

Once the LNP is collapsed, you can still 'mouse over' it to select and open other apps, i.e., other folders or sub-folders:
